She is passionate about helping people find peace and acceptance towards their food choices and their bodies.
Jessica has experience working with men, women, adults, and adolescents who have been affected by eating disorders. By helping clients better understand their eating behaviors and their attitudes towards food; she cultivates the space needed to gain a different perspective that will effectively help the individual to make positive changes.
Jessica completed her undergraduate education at West Chester University in Nutrition and Dietetics and continued her graduate studies through the University of Western States in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Jessica completed her 1200 hour dietetic internship with the University of Houston.
